Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy:

We ship same day Monday thru Friday except for holidays.

 If order is split between our facilities tracking information might be updated as late as next day but item will still be shipped per our previously stated policy.

We ship 2-3 day insurance with signature confirmation. If not wanted please contact or make note on order.

NOTE: IN TRANSIT TIMES COUNT BUSINESS DAYS ONLY NOT COUNTING THE EVENING THE ORDER IS PICKED UP AT OUR FACILITY.

Note on shipment carrier:

Once item has been fulfilled to our company policy. The process has been handed off to the chosen carrier. Please contact either USPS or UPS to voice ETA complaints.

Feel free to call to verify us fulfilling item in the parameter of our shipping policy. Then contact and voice your complaint with the shipping company.

We will help you as much as we can in the event there is a problem but we cannot be held responsible for delayed ETAs. We fulfilled as promised according to our shipping policy. We do not own shares in USPS or UPS and the delivery trucks are not labeled Cobra Tactical Systems LLC.

If you or your spouse are not home to receive a package with signature confirmation and have to reschedule delivery or have to pick up at a postal facility causing a delay in receipt we have no place in that situation for you to take out your personal frustrations.
